Ardens Grappa di Chianti it has been obtained from the distillation of fresh and not pressed dregs of grapes of our Chianti " Terre de' Pari" in the discontinuous process of steam cooker and indirect steam
Thanks to this method we obtain an intense harmonious scent a round and dry taste that raise the structure.
